Passcode Report (Membership Level)

The Passcode Report will display the number of tickets used by a loaded Passcode or a Member's External Subscription ID.  A Passcode or External Subscription ID is used to control the amount of tickets certain customers can purchase.  These would have been tied to a Ticket Limit.

Note: "Please do not refresh the page and resubmit the report if you are waiting for it to display. If you experience a delay in the time it takes to run a report please send an email to feedback@etix.com"

Click Manage to expand


Click on the Reports tab on the Membership Administration page

Click Passcode Report

A. Enter Performance Start & End Dates
B. Click Select Performance Dates

A. Select Performance(s)
B. Click Select Performances

The report will display the following information:
A. Performance(s) selected
B. Passcode/External Subscription ID
C. Price Level
D. Price Code
E. Tickets Sold
F. Ticket Revenue
G. Grand Totals
