Seating Chart Review

Reviewing the seating chart and ensuring accuracy is crucial to a smooth onsale. The seating chart cannot be updated after tickets have been sold. Etix will not put the performance onsale if Etix does not receive written communication that the seating chart is approved.

Select the Performance (performance name will vary)



Click Seating to expand



Click Seat Management



Click Hold/Open Seat by Manifest 



Select the section



The section will appear.
To ensure seating chart accuracy, go seat by seat, section by section.
 "Hovering" over the seat will show you row and seat number.
Note: The below example shows section BALC_B=X57, row F, seat 201(Open status).






Additional steps for reviewing the seating chart.

Use the Detailed Audit to match Price Levels with ticket Count

Use the Seating Chart Report to verify total row, total seats, selling directions, etc. 

Use the View Manifest by Section report for section alignment.
