T Status means that a ticket is in a transitional state, being held in someone's shopping cart. Clear T Status allows you to release all seats in this status if it is being held longer than a specific amount of time. This process does release all tickets ACROSS ALL SALES CHANNELS.
Click Seat Management
Click Clear T Status
A. Select the amount of time in T Status
B. Click Clear T Status
The confirmation page will list how many seats have been returned from T Status.
