There are six levels of reporting within Etix
Organization Level Reports will include information at the organization or company level. If you have access to multiple venues within your organization you will be able to see reports at this level, which combines all venues. You can access organization level reports by clicking on the Reports Tab or click Organization Level Reports from the main venue page.
Venue Level Reports will include information only for a specific venue. These reports are accessed by clicking on the Reports Tab and clicking Venue Level Reports or by clicking on Venue Level Reports from the main venue page.
Performance Level Reports provide information related to a specific performance. Performance reports are accessed from the main performance page by clicking on View Reports in the left column.
Membership Reports provide information related specifically to memberships and are accessed by clicking the Memberships link on the main venue page.
Validation Reports are reports that provide scanned ticket totals. There is the Validation Report at the Performance level, Venue Validation Daily Scan Report at the Venue level and Organization Validation Daily Scan Report and Organization Attendance Report at the Organization level.
