Creating an Admin Ticket Limit allows you to create a restriction at the individual performance level for Memberships within the Organization. A Ticket Limit is what ties the Membership ID/Passcode to the ticket benefit on the restricted price code within the performance.
Click Manage to expand
Select Ticket Limit
Click Create Ticket Limit
A. Select the Membership to tie to performance.
Note: Only Active Memberships will display in the dropdown.
B. Select the Membership Level. Each level must be done individually.
C. Enter Description.
D. Enter maximum total number of tickets. This is the total number of tickets a subscriber can purchase for one performance.
E. Select price code(s) to use.
Note: Only price codes associated with the selected performance will display.
F. Click Create.
A. Click Create More if needed
B. Click Return to view all current ticket limits
