Creating an Performance Ticket Limit allows you to create a restriction at the individual performance level for Memberships within the Organization. A Ticket Limit is what ties the Membership ID/Passcode to the ticket benefit on the restricted price code within the performance.

Select Performance then click Manage to expand
Select Ticket Limit
Click Create Ticket Limit
A. Select Membership to tie to the Timed Entry
Note: Only active memberships will display in the dropdown.
B. Select the Membership Level Name. Each level must be done individually.
C. Enter Description
D. Leave Show Remaining Tickets when Validation Fails as the default
E. Show Remaining Tickets: Select Yes to display the patron's remaining tickets. Select No to hide the patron's remaining tickets.
F. Enter Max Number: This is the maximum total number of tickets across the chosen price code this membership level can purchase.
Note: Use -1 to indicate no limit.
Note: If the Max Num is set to 1, the opportunity for multiple Subscription IDs to be input for one-time redemption will be presented.
G. Select which Price Codes to Enable
H. Select the Ticket Count Value
Note: It is most common for the Ticket Count Value to remain "1". In certain cases, you may increase the Ticket Count Value to make a specific Price Code count as more than 1 ticket toward the purchaser's overall limit.
I. Click Create
A. A confirmation message will display.
B. Click to Return to review all ticket limits or click Create to add additional ticket limits.
