This feature allows you to accept online customer donations and box office customer donations. When enabled, a donation box will be added to the checkout process for all performances and packages in your venue. 

Currently, this feature must be turned on by Client Services. To enable this feature please email clientservices@etix.com with the name and description of the donation.  See below on how that information will display online.

The Donation field will appear on the Delivery Method page during the online checkout process.  Below is an example.
A. Donation Name
B. Where the customer will enter the amount and then click Add Donation
C. Donation Description
(Note: this language only displays online)

Billing Information/Invoice Page
A. Performance
B. Donation
C. The customer can remove the donation
D. The customer can edit the donation amount

Below is an example of where the Donation field will appear for box office sales.
Note: The Donation field will appear once tickets are added to the cart.
