Segments make it easier for you to target your email campaigns to specific subscribers. You have the ability to create a segment of subscribers based on ticket buying activity, genre or other attributes. Name your segments and Etix will store the segment for you for later use.
Note: Only available if your username has access to Organization Level Reports and the Community and View Guest List permissions.

Click Etix Community
Click Create New Segment
Name the segment you wish to create and click Continue
Filter Rules
Note: You will see a timestamp letting you know when the data was last updated.
A. Allows you to filter by Performance, Package, Venue, Performance Category, Performance Subcategory, Price Code, Lifetime Spent, Member Since, Latest Activity, Performances Attended, Tickets Purchased, Partner ID, Zip Code, Transaction Date Range and Customer Tags.
B. Select Greater Than or Less Than
Note: These options will differ depending upon the filter selected, (ex: Went to Any, Went to All, Greater Than, Less Than, etc.)
C. Input the number
Note: This will differ depending upon the filter selected.
D. Select the Plus sign to add additional segments
E. Select to Save the Segment or Run Filter Rules
Note: You have the ability to Run Filter Rules and then Save the Segment
F. Click to edit the name of the segment
You can also determine who should NOT receive the email campaign by using the Exclusion feature to Exclude that demographic from your segment. Price Code, Performance and Customer Tag filters have the Exclusion option. Check the Exclusion box and then choose your filter rules.
The page will refresh and display the Members and Info that meet the segment requirements.

E. # of Events
Note: This is the total number of Performances purchase in the Organization, over the lifetime.
F. Total Number of Tickets Purchased
G. Total Money Spent
H. This can be printed or exported as CSV, PDF, Excel or Mailchimp
After a segment is saved, it will appear in a list of saved segments on the landing page. You will be able to access this segment for future and continued use.
A. Segment Name

E. Click Edit to update the segment
F. Click Delete to remove the segment
