Customer Thank You Email

Thank you emails are a great way to let your patrons know you love them!  Use the controls below to change specific things about how the thank you email appears to your customers.  The thank you email will be sent automatically to ticket purchasers who had a ticket redeemed.  The email will be sent 12 hours after the performance start time.

Venue Level Thank You Email
Follow the below instructions to update the settings on the Venue Level Thank You email.  These settings are saved at the venue level and will affect the thank you email's appearance on all performances within your venue.

From the Venue Dashboard click Messaging



Click Thank You Email



A. Select to Send the Thank You Email
B. Select to Include Recommendations
C. Adjust the Header as needed.  The header will appear on thank you emails sent for all performances.  Etix variables may be used in this field.  For example, <%=venueName%> will automatically enter your venue name.
D. Adjust the Venue Message as needed.  The message will appear on thank you emails sent for all performances.  Etix variables may be used in this field.  For example, <%=performanceName%> will automatically enter your performance name.
E. Additional Etix Variables will be listed at the bottom of the page if you wish to enter those in the header or message.
F. Click Preview to view how the Thank You Email will appear to your customers.



A. The left side of the page will update to include the Header and Message.
B. Click Save



Performance Level Thank You Email

Follow the below instructions to update the settings on the Performance Level Thank You email.  These settings are saved at the performance level and will affect the thank you email's appearance on the selected performance only.

Note: If a performance is copied,any settings applied below will be copied with it.

Select a performance.
From the Performance Dashboard click Messaging.



Click Thank You Email




A. Select to Send the Thank You Email
B. Select to Include the Venue Level Header
C. Select to Include the Venue Level Message
D. Select to Include Recommendations
E. Add a Performance Message.  This message will only appear for the selected Performance.
F. Additional Etix Variables will be listed at the bottom of the page if you wish to enter those in the message.
G. Click Preview to view how the Thank You Email will appear to your customers.



A. The left side of the page will update to include the Header and Message.
