Venue POS is a new selling method that will offer an alternative to the Java applet selling screens, and make the selling process more efficient and user-friendly. Venue POS Quick Sale
Venue POS Quick Sale is a new selling method that will offer an alternative to the Java applet selling screens and make the selling process more efficient and user-friendly. The Quick Sale version is primarily used for General Admission performances. As a bonus product update, Venue POS also includes the capability to purchase and validate tickets all at once! Sell by Map
Sell By Map allows the seller to select specific seats within a seating chart.
Note: Sell by Map requires the use of the Java Applet. Please ensure you have Java installed and follow these instructions if you do not. If you have concerns about Java see our page on Java Security and the Etix System. This selling method requires the use of Internet Explorer browser.
Sell by Section
Sell by Section allows the seller to pick a specific section, but the system will then automatically select the Best Available seat based on the scale.

Sell by Price Level
Sell By Price Level allows the seller to select the best available seats within a price level. Sell By Price Level is found by going into Sell By Map or Sell By Section.

Sell By Price Level By Map allows the seller to select specific seats within a selected Price Level. Sell By Price Level By Map is found by going into Sell By Map or Sell By Section.

Quick Sale
Quick Sale is primarily used for General Admission performances. Quick Sale pulls the Best Available Seat, which will always be the highest price ticket if using a seating chart.

Ticket Reserve
Ticket Reserve allows clients to place tickets into an order without the entire balance being paid.
The method of payment in the Ticket Audit will also reflect the original method of payment indicated and thus will not be correct if multiple methods are used. If you have not dealt with reserved tickets before, please contact clientservices@etix.com. We will need to setup the proper delivery methods.
