Event Series Summary Audit Report

The Event Series Summary Audit Report is a Venue Level Revenue Report that allows you to view multi run weeks of Performances and easily provide numbers to Promoters, Management and Finance.  Information provided on this report is taken for the Detailed Audit.

From the Venue Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab

Select the Venue Tab and Venue from the drop down

Click Event Summary Audit Report

A. Select an Event Series
B. Enter Performance Start and End Date
C. Select Price Code Categories
D. Click Submit

The report will export as an excel spreadsheet and display the following:
A. A column is created for each day, plus the time of the Performance
B. Total Sold by Price Code Category
C. Total Reserved
D. Total Open by Price Level
E. Totals by Hold Label
F. Total Capacity
G. Each week will be listed as a tab across the bottom.

Note: The report will display weeks running as Monday through Sunday. If Week 1 does not have a performance on Monday, it will start on the day of the first performance and end on the following Sunday.
