The Performance Export Customer Data is a revenue report and a customer data report that allows you to select specific Price Codes, Price Levels Delivery Methods, Actions, Statuses and specific Packages vs Performances. A prominent use of this report is to export performance customer data, such as email addresses.
Note: "Please do not refresh the page and resubmit the report if you are waiting for it to display. If you experience a delay in the time it takes to run a report please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org"
From the Venue Dashboard
Click the Reports toggle for an Individual Performance
Click Export Customer Data
Select From the Performance Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab
Select Performance Export Customer Data
If Email Report is selected, the confirmation banner will display. "Your report will be emailed as requested. Depending on the date range selected, it may take several minutes to receive the report. Please do not resubmit your request. You may navigate away from this page."
The report will display in the inbox.
The report will download into an excel file.
The report will display the following information if Ticket Level is selected for the Report Detail:
Customer User Name
Payment Processor ID
Payment Processor Name
Alternate Pickup Name
Package Serial Number
Total Package Price
Total Package Fee
Passcode or Member Code
Note, When the Contact Info options are selected, the report results will clearly display which address each field is showing (Customer Profile Shipping Address, Order Billing Address, or Order Shipping Address).
This report can be used to provide patron and serial numbers to print companies for venues to print season tickets or other tickets on custom stock or season ticket booklets. It is important for printers to print these serial numbers in a 128b barcode format.
