Account Manager is Etix's season subscription management feature. This article outlines the steps to take to edit your settings in this feature. If you are not currently using Account Manager, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have a link created for your Organization
To edit Account Manager settings for your Organization:
From the Venue Dashboard, Click Advanced
Click Organization Details
Click Organization/Promoter Public Info and scroll down to the Account Manager section
A. Enable customer ticket forwarding
B. Enable ticket donation and provide an email address to notify
C. Enable customer ticket exchange requests and provide an email address to notify
D. Enter Ticket Exchange request form text
E. Enter Ticket Exchange request form confirmation message text
F. Enter Partial Payment confirmation message text
G. Enter Full Payment confirmation message text
H. Click Submit to save changes
Go back to the Organization Details page and click Organization Custom Message. This message will appear to customers once they login to Account Manager at the top of the page.
A. Current messaging will display at the top.
B. Enter a new message here. Note that the maximum number of characters allowed is 1000.
C. Select the begin and end time to show this message.
D. Click Submit
