How to Login to Account Manager (Customer View)

Account Manager is Etix's season subscription management feature. This article outlines the steps to take to sign in/login to this feature. If you are not currently using Account Manager, please contact clientservices@etix.comto have a link set up for your organization

How to Login to Your Account

1. Go to your Venue’s Account Manager Link

2. Enter your username and password.  In most cases your username is your email.

3. If you forgot your password or have never set one up, click “Having trouble logging in?” which is in blue to the right of the password box.  At the top of this page you’ll see the option to enter your username and click “Reset Password” under the “Forgot your password” header.  Once you click “Reset Password” you will be sent password reset instructions via email that will include a temporary password.  This password will expire in 10 minutes.  You’ll now be able to login to your account.

Account Overview

After logging into your account, you will be on your Home Page where you'll see your Account Overview including:

1. Account Details- Account Owner, Company, Username and Status
2. Recent Invoice- Overdue Amount, Next Payment​​​
  A. Click to Make a Payment
  B. Click to View Past Invoices
3. Customer Care- Email and Phone Number to Customer Support
4. Upcoming Tickets- L
ists of all of your upcoming tickets with your most recent upcoming tickets at the top.  If you are renewing from last year, you may still see tickets from last season at the top of this list if some performances yet haven’t occurred.  
Note: Only Reserved, Issued or Redeemed Tickets will appear in Account Manager.
5. My Invoices- Order ID, Item with Total Invoice Amount, Amount Paid To Date, Overdue Amount, Next Payment Amount
  A. Click to View Details surrounding your Order
  B. Click to View Past Invoices
  C. Click to View Payment History
  D. Click to Pay Now
6. My Orders- Order ID, Date, Item, Quantity, Total
  A. Click to View All Orders
  B. Click to View a Specific Order

At the top of the page:

Click My Tickets to View Upcoming Tickets, View Past Tickets, View All Orders, Donate Tickets, Exchange Tickets, Print/Forward Tickets

Select Browse Events, to populate the Organizations' calendar in a second tab with all upcoming events.


Select Help to pursue the Frequently Asked Questions page.

Select Account to view the Account Owner, Mailing Address & Phone Number, Billing Information, Email Address, Password, or Logout.

How to Update Your Account Information
A. Select Account
B. Choose which item to update

Select to update Mailing Address & Phone Number

Select to update Billing Information

Select to update the Email Address associated with the account.

Select to Change Password.
ou will first have to enter your current password and then enter a new password.  Please note that your password must be between 8 and 32 characters.
