Sold Out Performance Page

The Sold Out Performance Page feature allows customers to view a sold out performance page and input an email address to be contacted when/if inventory opens up. The collected email addresses are housed in the Sold Out Performance Report

Venue Level
To turn on the Sold Out Performance Page feature, go to the Venue Dashboard
Click Advanced.




Click Sold Out Page Settings



A. Enable Email Capture Widget: Click "Yes" to enable the text box on the Sold Out page that allows customers to enter an email address. Note: Default is Yes.
B. Enable Recommendation Engine Widget: Click "Yes" to enable the Recommendation feature. Note: Default is No.
C. Click Save.
Note: Changing a setting here will also update each respective performance level setting for every upcoming performance in a venue.



A green text box will appear displaying "All settings saved successfully"

To view collected email addresses, access the Sold Out Performance Report (venue level).

From the Venue Dashboard, click the blue Reports tab at the top of the page. 


Click Sold Out Performance Report toward the bottom of the page.


A. Enter the Start Time/End Time for the report.
B. Click Filter. The report will display below.
C. Performance ID
D. Performance Name
E. Customer Email: Displays emails collected on the Sold Out Page.
F. Request Time:  shows when the customer entered their address.
G. Export: This report can be exported as 
a . CSV, .PDF or Excel file



Performance Level
To turn on the Sold Out Performance Page feature, go to the Performance Dashboard
Click Advanced.




Click Sold Out Page Settings


A. Enable Email Capture Widget: Click "Yes" to enable the text box on the Sold Out page that allows customers to enter an email address.
B. Enable Recommendation Engine Widget: Click "Yes" to enable the Recommendation feature.
C. Enable Vivid Seats Widget: Click "Yes" to enable a button taking customers to the performance page of secondary market partner Vivid Seats. Note: If enabled, the Destination URL field must be filled out.
D. Destination URL: Enter the URL for the Vivid Seats page for this performance. Note: URL must begin https://vividseats.com/ to be accepted in this field.
E. Click Save.




When the customer clicks into a sold out performance with these featured enabled, the following page will display.
A. Email Field: Customer can enter their email address and click Set Alert. This allows the system to track this customer from this performance and adds their email address to Etix Community.
B. Vivid Seats Buy Tickets: Customers can click this button to be taken to Vivid Seats' page for the performance. Vivid Seats is a secondary market partner. 

Note: With secondary market use on the rise, it is increasingly important to help protect fans from fraudulent vendors. Partnering with VividSeats provides fans a safe alternative when looking for tickets to your sold out shows.  This feature is 100% opt in at the performance level; meaning you control which shows, if any, display this option when your available inventory is gone.  Many fans will look for ways to purchase tickets when your events sell out. Using this feature will keep your patrons out of potentially fraudulent situations while allowing you to share in the revenue generated by secondary sales.




To view collected email addresses, access the Sold Out Performance Report (steps below).
From the Performance Dashboard, click the blue Reports tab at the top of the page.



Click Sold Out Performance Report toward the bottom of the page.



The report will display. This report shows all patrons that submitted their email addresses to receive a reminder if there are tickets available.
A. Customer Email: Displays emails collected on the Sold Out Page.
B. Request Time: Shows when the customer entered their address.
C. Export: This report can be exported as a .CSV, .PDF or Excel file
