Sometimes a promoter will request an Citi Presale to be setup for a performance. Follow the below steps to set this up for your performance.
Create the Citi price code(s).
Add the Citi Presale price code(s) to the performance. This price code MUST be marked PRIVATE and have an online sales schedule.
Additionally, you may need to assign inventory so the Citi Presale price code(s) only sell from a specific section or hold status.
From the Venue Dashboard, click Manage to expand.
Enter the Campaign information
A. Enter the Campaign Name: will not display online
B. Enter the Start and End dates: when the Campaign is valid
C. Enter the Campaign's Maximum and Minimum ticket limits
D. Enter the Campaign Description
E. Enter the Maximum Links Per Calendar Day: If using calendar view instead of list view, the maximum number of event links per calendar day When this limit is exceeded, a single link, "Multiple Events", will be displayed.
F. Click Continue
Click Edit Campaign Delivery Method if the Campaign will have different delivery methods than what is available at the Venue level.
Click Edit Campaign Price Code
Select the Citi Price Code(s), click Move Selected Item to Assigned and click Save and Exit.
Click Edit Campaign Performance
Select the performance and click Update
Optionally, you can Edit Seat Selection Method if you would like the Campaign to have different methods than what is set at the Venue Level.
Click Setup New Membership
A. Enter Membership Name. We recommend the name of the performance followed by Citi Presale.
B. Enter the Public Description
C. Choose whether to take a photo if printing membership cards
D. Select sales channel(s) to email customer when issued or renewed
E. Click Done
Enter -1 as the maximum number of subscriptions allowed to issue
Select Display Order
E. Leave this blank.
G. Enter Description
Only select the Box Office sales channel
I. Select No to Use Loyalty Match
The below page will confirm the total number of subscriptions loaded.
