From the Performance Dashboard, choose Manage
Choose Edit Performance
Scroll down the page until you see the Ticketing information. This is where you will update your Max Tickets per Order and Max Tickets per Customer.
A. Max Tickets per Order is the maximum amount of tickets a patron (or could say customer) can purchase during one order (transaction) for that performance.
IE: If the Per Order limit is set to 10, the patron can purchase up to 10 tickets in that order for that performance.
B. Max Tickers per Customers is the amount of tickets a patron (customer) can purchase for that performance across all orders.
Max Tickets Per Customer Notes:
- During Performance build, upon entry of Max. Tickets per Order, this same number populates down to the Max. Tickets per Customer field
- This field is still editable by the user
- Users may still enter "-1", which means there is no limit to number of tickets per customer.
IE: If the Per Customer limit is set to 10, the patron can only buy a total of 10 tickets to that performance across all orders. This could be one order of 10, two orders of 5 etc. but as soon as their username, email, or credit card used reaches 10 tickets, they will no longer be allowed to purchase additional tickets.
