What's New with Etix? December 16 - January 15

New Features

Box Office Managers are now able to print and post a QR code flyer allowing patrons to scan the QR code and purchase tickets directly for a specific performance. This functionality serves as a line-busting tool. 


The Assign Price Code Inventory/Password feature has been updated to correspond with the new UI. 

Currently, obtaining an Event Series URL is a manual process. Now venues will be able to access the Event Link from the Venue Level.  The option to “Copy URL” and “View Event Series” will also display when a user clicks on the Event ID. 

Previously, an email address could only be associated with one membership account. This had now been updated to allow an email address to associated with multiple memberships.

A customer self-service tool has been created to allow ticket buyers to resend their ticket confirmation to their email address. Customers can look up their order on etix.com, enter their email address and the last four digits of the card used, complete Google ReCAPTCHA. From there they can click “Resend Email” to resend the confirmation email to the original email used to place the order.
