- When viewing the mobile ticket in vertical/portrait mode on an iPhone, the customer sees a visual prompt (approved Apple Wallet icon) to save the ticket to their Apple Wallet.
- The option to save the ticket to Apple Wallet is visible only to users of an iPhone.
- Icon displays on each ticket within the order. Each ticket must be saved to the wallet individually.
- Apple Wallet addition option does not display on the confirmation page or confirmation email.
- Apple Wallet addition option does not display on horizontal/landscape view of the mobile ticket.
Once added to Apple wallet, the patron can select the Apple Wallet Icon on their phone.
Locate and Select the Etix Ticket.
The Apple Wallet version of the Mobile Ticket displays. Click the i icon for more information.
The Back Side of the ticket will display with Ticket Purchaser, Order ID, Price, Fee, Total and Venue information.
Click Go Back to navigate to the front of the ticket.
