What's New with Etix? April 14 - May 15, 2018

New Features

Venues are now able to create a repository of their policies. These policies can be accessed by Etix Support agents to better answer customer support questions for a Venue's ticket buyers. These policies are visible in both Venue POS and Venue POS Quick Sale to Etix Support agents only. This is located under the Venue dashboard/Manage/Venue Policies.

Clients would like to use the Supervisor Approval Functionality, but typically only have one supervisor on duty.  Currently if this feature is turned on all users must have a supervisor enter their credentials to continue an action.  A new setting with the label “Supervisors require approval from another supervisor” has been added to the “Organization / Promoter Public Info” page.

A link has been created on the Performance Dashboard that takes user directly to Etix Online Analytics page with that venue and performance pre-loaded. The link displays only if user has permission to view Etix Analytics and the Ticket Sales graph.



Currently, there is only a "Copy Price Code Seat Inventory" option when sections are used, ignoring seat status. When copying a performance you can now break out the assigned inventory features that can be copied: Copy Section Assigned Inventory and Copy Seat Status Assigned Inventory. 

An additional feature when you copy a performance, the Suspend Online Sales status automatically copies without the ability to opt out. This means that if a performance was set to Offsale Online, that setting will copy. This new feature will create a toggle option during the copy process if it was set to Offsale Online and it should default to No.

A "Company" field has been added to the Organization Level Export Transaction Data (New Version) when "Show Customer Data" is checked.

On the Performance Method of Payment Report the Transaction Start Date will default to twenty-four (24) hours prior to when the first ticket was created (any status) at 12:00am. The Transaction End Date will default to 12:00am of the next day from the date that you are running the report.

When creating Event or Admin Ticket Limits on a performance/package, only Active Memberships will appear when creating Event and Admin Ticket Limits.

The User Preferences page has been modified to reflect the new UI.
