Motorola Validation Settings

Before you begin scanning follow the below steps to ensure the correct username and password is set on the scanner.

1. From the home screen, click on the Windows icon at the lower left corner of the screen.


2. Click the icon that says Etix Validation Setup.


3. Click Validation Setup


4A. On the General Tab make sure Validation Type is set to Live

4B. Make sure the URL is set to begin with https://validation.etix.com

4C. Enter the correct Username and Password

4D. Client ID is always 12345

4E. Click Save
