You are now able to customize the Thank You Email on both the Venue and Performance levels. The email will send to patrons who attended a performance 12 hours after the start time. This update will allow venues to update items such as the email header and message in the body of the email.
The Seat Status Report page has been updated to make it easier for you to find the best report to review your seating charts.
You'll notice an update when managing your campaigns to make it easier to locate, edit and report on your campaigns.
Etix Analytics and Etix Community will now display a "Data Current As Of" timestamp so you can immediately see the last date/time data was updated.
