Etix now offers the ability to push an Event to Facebook when a performance is created in the Etix system. Using Etix, you will no longer need to manually create an event on Facebook. Publishing events on Facebook can increase referral traffic and result in higher conversions for your organization.
During the membership creation process, you now have the ability to change the membership wording on customer facing web pages by selecting a membership type. Options include discount code, loyalty code, membership, passcode, presale code, redemption code, promotion code, VIP code and voucher code. This feature is helpful for scenarios where the membership application needs to be used, but the scenario does not relate to an actual membership such as an AMEX Presale or Group Voucher Code.
The Order Details Page has been updated to display packages, flex packages and individual performance in their own section. An Order Totals table will also appear displaying total prices and any order or delivery fees. The action item buttons across the top have also been updated and you can now access the exchange and reclass feature right from this page!
