Performance Level Guest Lists allow users to run customized Guest List Reports for a specific performance.

To navigate to all Performance Level Guest Lists, from the Performance Dashboard Click Reports.
Select Guest Lists
The top portion will include four filter options:
2) Will Call
3) Print at Home
4) Online Sales
Note: The Default will be set to All.
You can also choose custom filters by clicking into the drop-down box next to the relevant field and narrowing down your report results.

H) Postal Code
I) Run Filter Results
Note: You can select any version of the report All, Will Call, Print at Home or Online Sales) as well as any filter dropdown and make custom selections from there before clicking Run Filter Results.
The Guest List Report will run displaying results based on your filter selections. By default, 1000 results will display per page.

D) Export as CSV, PDF, Excel
E)Select all guests or place a check mark next to individual guests if you would like to send an email to your patrons. You can also click on the hyperlinked name (or "No Name" if the name wasn't collected at the time the transaction occurred) under the Name Column to open the Order Details Page in a new tab.
F) Click here to email the pre-selected guest

Note: The serial number must be selected in order to display every ticket on the guest list. If Serial Number is unselected, the guest will only display once on the list.
