The ability to make Adjustments has been added to the Cash Drawer feature. If a mistake is made after your drawer has been settled, or if you find that there is a drawer difference after settlement, you can credit or debit the settled drawer by using the Adjustment tool. The Adjustment Amount and the Adjustment Comments will display in the Drawer Detail Report.
You can now Schedule cash drawers for a future date and time. This is epically helpful if you are a box office manager with a large team of ticket seller and need to schedule their cash drawers for an entire week of shifts.
Box Office managers will now be able to control which Purchase Buttons, including Purchase, Purchase & Print and Purchase & Validate, display during the selling process when utilizing Venue POS or Venue POS Quick Sale.
The Ticket Sales Report now has the ability to display price level info in the summary portion of the report. This is helpful if you are a client that needs a receipt report that will break down ticket sales by both Price Code and Price Level.
In the past, customers who attempted to print tickets from their mobile devices often had difficulty doing so. Now, regardless of where the ticket is being viewed (mobile or desktop), the standard print at home desktop view is printed, which should result in fewer scanning and entry issues.
