While placing orders on Venue POS and Venue POS Quick Sale either "Transactions Successful!" or "Transactions Failed!" pop-ups will display to confirm an orders status.
You can now quickly find the information you are looking for by filtering Customer Level Requests with Order ID, Customer, Request Type, Package Name and Email.
The Performance Level Guest List will display all order without a name at the bottom of the report. If an order does not have a name associated with it "No Name" will display under the Name Column.
When the delivery method Regular Mail (Internal Use) is selected, patrons online will see the option listed as Regular Mail. The text internal use has been removed online as patrons were getting confused by the language. This update applies to online pages and the confirmation email. In the backend, Regular Mail (Internal Use) will still display.
