Buy X Get Y Box Office & Online Deal Redemption

This article walks through the online and box office purchase process customers will experience if deal redemption is offered on a performance. In this example at the Performance Level, the deal being offered is "Buy 1 Individual Ticket at full price, get 1 Individual Ticket 50% off". At the Package Level, the deal being offered is "Buy 2 Mega Packs, get a Free VIP Parking Pass for the entire season!"

On the Performance Sales Link:

A. Custom Message will display
Note: If multiple rewards are set-up for the performance, all details will display in the same box. 
B. Select your number of Qualifying tickets
C. Click Add Tickets



The Qualifying Tickets will be added to the shopping cart and then the Reward Acceptance Dialog Box will display. 
Note:  If the patron qualifies for more than one reward, each reward offer will display as its own pop-up.
A. Select the number of Reward Tickets
B. Click Claim Rewards!
C. Or alternatively, opt to Decline All Rewards



The Shopping Cart populates with:

A. Qualifying Tickets
B. Reward Tickets



Note:  If the customer decides to remove a ticket that will disqualify them from the deal, the below pop-up will display. 


If the customer clicks Continue, the Reward Tickets will be removed from the cart along with the ticket they were trying to remove.

The Qualifying Tickets will be added to the shopping cart and then the Reward Acceptance Dialog Box will display.

A. Click to view Buy X Get Y Deals available for the Performance selected in the drop-down.

Order Details Page:

If a patron completes checkout with a deal, a Buy X Get Y Deal section displays on the right sidebar of the Order Details Page identifying the deal redeemed and linking to the Buy X Get Y Dashboard.
