Package Exchange is now available for Fixed or Full Season Packages and allows a user to exchange an entire package for another. Please note, the package may not be exchanged if the package is not complete, if a single ticket was exchanged out of the package or if there was a payment on the order.
Etix Community now has the ability to create exclusion parameters so marketers can now exclude a specific list of individuals from receiving an email.
Within Account Manager, patrons will be able to review the performance name, date and time and seating chart when they go to make a payment. Patrons can also request a change directly from the make a payment page so they do not have to navigate to a different place to submit changes.
