The patron reserves tickets to an individual performance. The full payment is made on the order and the box office user Clicks Pay to complete the transaction. At this point, the balance is zero but the tickets are still in a Reserved Status.
The patron requests to void all tickets in the order, the Withhold button is unchecked and the Venue decides to refund to the Original Method of Payment.
There is no balance due.
The Venue could alternatively decide to refund to Cash Method of Payment which serves as a placeholder within the system and provides an alternate form of refund or the patron can use the money to purchase other tickets.
There is still no balance due on the order.
