What's New with Etix? March 1- 15, 2019

New Features

Users can now run the Package Method Of Payment with Order Fees Report. This report allows the user to review the method of payment received by price code, component and sales channel.



Users now have the option to enable Performance Level Recommendations. This feature will display on the delivery method page during the checkout process, the sold-out performance page and multiple customer emails.


Improvements


The Purchase Correlation Report has been updated so that users can elect to have the report emailed to them as well as the addition of including the performance start date and % of total orders.  


To improve the user experience, the Export Customer Data Report received additional data columns including if the patron opted in to receive future emails, printed date and partner ID at the Organization, Venue and Performace Levels.


To improve the patron experience, the Print-at-Home Ticket received a new layout. With this new design, patrons and staff can more easily find the information they need.
