The Membership Platform received several new and improved features. These include the creation of Member Ticket Limits which will allow users to opt to assign a Ticket Count Value to any Price Code included in the Membership benefits. Now when patrons or box office users cart a Member Price Code, a Pop-Up Box appears notifying the person carting the tickets that a Membership ID is Required. This Member ID Required pop-up box will also be applied to the online campaign purchase process. To improve the purchasing experience, once a user inputs their Membership ID, a banner will display at the top of the page displaying the Price Code Name, Available(total purchased tickets) and the Total (max ticket limit). During Membership Validation within Venue POS, once the tickets pass the membership Validation and are placed in the cart, a blue question mark icon appears next to the validation checkmark that when hovered over will reveal how many tickets remain out of the total benefits associated with the membership. To improve both the user and patron experience, Memberships can now be upsold during the performance checkout process. When a Non-Member ticket is carted, the Membership Upsell banner will display informing the patron of the savings they would experience with the Membership purchase
The Package Order and Handling Fee Report has been created to identify how many Order and Handling Fees were collected by Method of Payment and Sales Channel. This report can be used to reconcile these fees and identify where these sales are taking place.
The Validation with Order Value Report has been created at the Organization Level and allows users to view tickets issued, redeemed and voided from multiple performances within one report.
To improve the patron experience the Account Manager Change Request Form has been updated to allow users to make a Request Type of "Remove Seat(s) from the subscription.
To improve the user experience, the Organization Package/Performance Prepaid Report located at the Organization Level received additional data columns including Payment Submethod and Credit Card Number.
The Export Customer Data Report now has the capability to be scheduled as well as emailed to the user. As well, when running this report, users will now select from more simplistic Performance and Transaction filters, including custom range, today or yesterday.
The Mobile Box Office now corresponds to honor the number of receipts the user set to print, which was determined by their User Preference selection on the "Set up Sale Receipt Count" page.
To improve the user experience, Box Office users now have the capability to add tickets to a reserved order to better manage customer changes surrounding their reserved orders. To begin the add process, locate the order select Manage followed by Add Tickets.
