New Features

With the addition of the Silent Print Feature, Box Office Users will no longer receive the Print Dialog popup when using Venue POS and Venue POS Quick Sale.


Users often prefer to have their General Admission sections only display a section name on their ticket, as to not confuse the patron by seeing a section, row, and seat number. Users can accomplish this by marking a specific section or sections General Admission. Patrons are now able to select a general admission section from a seating chart online where they will be presented with a pop-up displaying the GA purchase options to add tickets to their cart instead of selecting GA seats from the chart itself.

Users with the Edit Venue Permission now have access to the Edit Print Barcode Feature, this feature allows the user to turn off barcodes for their voucher performances. These actions are then recorded in the System Activity Log.


Within the Performance Creation Process, a real-time character count and character limit now display informing the user of the number of characters used out of their character limit total.
