Printing a Test Ticket

Before printing the test ticket be sure you have completed these steps:

  • Loading the ticket stock
  • Installed the printer driver
  • Setting the BOCA as the default printer
  • Setting your print margins
  • Set Username preferences


Click Advanced to expand



Click Preview Ticket Layout

The print test ticket(s) will appear. If a ticket has been sold it will pull a REAL order so be sure to shred after printing. If the venue has no sold ticket it will pull "dummy" information.

Go to File, Print or Ctrl P.
When the print dialog box opens click Print
