Print Will Call

The Print Will Call feature allows you to print all tickets with the Will Call delivery method at once.  Only tickets that have not yet been printed will print through this feature.

Select the Performance

Click Printing to expand

Click Print Will Call

A. Select Print Method (Browser or Applet Print).
Note: Browser print is recommended. 
B. Check the box to include tickets to other performances in the orders.
Note: When the checkbox is selected all tickets in the order will print.

When the check box is unselected: Only the will call tickets for the performance that you are in are printed.

C. Review the number of orders and tickets that will print.
D. Click Submit to print will call orders. 

A. A list of all will call orders will display below the above.
B. Click Export to export the list of will call orders to a CSV file or directly to Avery 5160 labels.  The Avery 5160 export option creates a PDF in the Avery 5160 template with addresses populated.

Before printing Will Call be sure your Internet Explorer MARGINS are correct.

After you click Submit, the tickets will display in the browser in alphabetical order by last name.

A. Tickets
B. Receipt
C. Header Card
Highlighted area shows where the alternate pickup name will appear

After all the tickets load, click File, then Print or Ctrl and P


Reset Print Count

If the margins were not set properly before the print, or you lost Internet as the tickets were being loaded, you can Reset Print Count to reset and reprint. Use this article for resetting the print count.


To view the Will Call Report
Select the performance. From the performance dashboard, click Reports and select Will Call Report from the reports dropdown.

Note: If Will Call is over 500 tickets, please use the Batch Print function.
