Pull Tickets (Consignment)

If you do not have a printer Etix can process the pulls.  Send the following information to clientservices@etix.com

Pull tickets are often used in consignment situations. These tickets reflect as their own column or line item on ticket audits and are meant to be tracked out of the system (The MOP default is Onsite Payment). Once a ticket is pulled it cannot be shown on the sold portion of the audit.



Select the performance



Click Seating to expand



Click on Seat Management



Click on Pull Seat



Select the tickets
A. Enter the number of seats that need to be pulled with the corresponding Price Code OR
B. Choose Applet Map (allows you to pull specific seats, similar to Sell By Map).
C. If option A was chosen, click Find Tickets




A. Choose the Delivery Method
B. Click Continue to finish the process




The tickets will then display in your browser and you will need to click OK



The print dialog box will then display. Click Print



If the tickets load, but you are not prompted to print them:
Click the File tab on the browser.
Click Print


Follow the below steps if there are unsold tickets in a pull order:

Search for the pull order.  The easiest way to do this is to enter the order ID number listed on each ticket in the Search Order box.  If you cannot find the pull order this way, run the Guest List - Create report and filter Ticket Type to Pulled only.  Once you locate the pull order process a refund for the unsold tickets.
