To Search Across All Venues:
A. Enter Order ID, Last Name, Email Address, User Name, or Serial #
Note: Single name entry is assumed last name only search. Searches orders over the last 120 days, including partial entries.
Quick Search Results Page
A. Displays the search results date range
B. Displays any orders that have been generated
C. Results will display from the previous 120 days. Use the Advanced Search tool to increase your search range options.
B. Click the drop down then Advanced Search
A. Order Number
B. Serial Number (specific to the ticket)
C. Shipment Tracking Code
D. By Customer User Name
E. Credit Card (15 digits for American Express and 16 digits for Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Check box to include Memberships in credit card search)

Note: This Advanced Credit Card Search may not return all results for specific order types including Ticket Reserve, Exchanges, Refunds, Donations, or orders paid with multiple payment methods.
