A Campaign is a private sales link generally used for group or corporate sales. This can also be used for an American Express Presale, meaning American Express is the only credit card allowed to purchase tickets.

Click Manage to expand
Click Create Campaign
Enter the Campaign information
A. Enter the Campaign Name: will not display online
B. Enter the Start and End dates: when the Campaign is valid
C. Enter the Campaign's Maximum ticket limit
D. Enter the Campaign's Minimum ticket limit
E. Enter the Campaign Description
F. Enter the Maximum Links Per Calendar Day
G. Click Continue
Click Edit Campaign Delivery Method
Click Create Delivery Method
Enter the Delivery Method information. This is not required, but can be used to override the Venue Delivery Methods.
A. Select the Delivery Method type
B. Select Online (leave as Pay Directly)
C. Select Payment
D. Start Offering Delivery Methods:leave as is
E. End Offering Delivery Method: if you want to end the option, adjust there
F. Delivery Fee: enter if appropriate
G. Delivery Days: used when Regular Mail is selected. The criteria will be displayed in the customers Confirmation Email.
H. Select the Fulfillment Criteria
I. Select the Description Type
J. Click Submit (the next page will display the created Delivery Method(s)
Click Edit Campaign Price Code
Select the Campaign Price Code and click Move Selected Item to Assigned
Click Edit Campaign Performance/Package
Select the package or performance and click Update
Optionally, you can Edit Seat Selection Method
Select the Seat Selection Methods that should be used and, if necessary, adjust the Display Order and click Update
The Campaign is now set. Click View Campaign Details to get the campaign sales link.
