Setting up a Facebook application allows you to automatically populate a customized Facebook Tab similar to the Likes Tab. The Likes Tab is found on all Facebook pages.

To add the "Buy Tickets" Facebook Application:
From the Venue Dashboard
Click Marketing to expand
Click Social Network
Click Export Events to Facebook
Once you click on Export Events to Facebook, keep the new page open to reference for the 2 links you will need to insert into Facebook.
A. Secure Canvas URL
B. Secure Tab URL
Note: You must log in to your personal account to setup the application and then push it to your Venue page.
Click the My Apps drop down and click Add a New App
Select Basic Set Up
A. Enter a Display Name (What the app will be called on your page)
B. Choose a Category
C. Click Create App ID
Complete the security check
You will be directed to the App Dashboard.
Click Settings on the left
A. Enter your email address
B. Click Save Changes
The page will refresh
C. Click + Add Platform
Click Page Tab
A. Copy and paste the Secure Page Tab URL (found on the Export Event Calendar to Facebook page in Etix)
B. Enter a Page Tab Name (this will display on the Facebook page)
C. Optionally insert Page Tab image
D. Click Save Changes
A. Click App Review
B. Change to Yes to make the app public
A popup will display confirming to make the app public
Adding the application to the Venue Facebook Page
Open another browser tab and go to www.addpagetab.com.
A. Enter the App ID located under settings on the Facebook App page
B. Enter the Secure Page Tab URL found within Etix
C. Click Submit

The page will refresh and then click the Click Here link
If it is not available, open a text pad or word document. Type this link into the document
On the text pad or word document, replace the "x's" with the App ID. Copy the new link and paste in a new internet window.
A. Click Facebook Pages
B. Select Facebook Page
Note: you must be an Admin of the page.
C. Click Add Page Tab
The window will refresh to the main Facebook page. The application has been successfully added to the fan page. Navigate to the fan page and the application will appear.
Click the application and the Public Performances will appear.
A. The performer image
B. When a performance is onsale the Order Tickets Now button appears
C. When a performance is off sale the Not On Sale button appears
You can customize this page in terms of how the information displays on Facebook.
A. Optionally you can adjust the display order

B. If the performance is more than 360 days adjust here
