The Guest List-All report allows users to run a Guest List report for all patrons for all sales channels and delivery methods.
Note: "Please do not refresh the page and resubmit the report if you are waiting for it to display. If you experience a delay in the time it takes to run a report please send an email to email@example.com"
From the Venue Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab
Select the Performance Tab
Enter the Performance and select it from the drop down
Click Guest List-All
From the Performance Dashboard
Select Reports to expand
Select Guest List - All
The report displays the following information on a per ticket basis:
Patron name (with a hyperlink to the Details for Order page)
Status of ticket (Issued, Redeemed, Void, or Reserved)
Serial number (unique barcode per ticket)
Section, Row, and Seat information for ticket
If a ticket displays “null, null” under the name column, this means no personal data was collected from the patron at time of purchase.
Use the Column headers to sort.
To send an email:
- Enter a valid email address in the Reply To field (All e-mails will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Any replies to the e-mail will be sent to the address you enter here.)
- Enter a Subject
- If applicable, add an attachment
- Enter the message (plain text)
Select the individuals to send the email to or
Under the last patron on the list, you will see Select All
note: if there is a checked patron that does not have an email address, the entire email will not be sent and you will receive an error message. Be sure that all selected patrons have valid email addresses.
