The Guest List-Create allows users to run customized Guest List Reports for a specific performance.
Note: "Please do not refresh the page and resubmit the report if you are waiting for it to display. If you experience a delay in the time it takes to run a report please send an email to email@example.com"
To access the Guest List-Create report:
From the Venue Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab
Select the Performance Tab
Enter the Performance and select it from the drop down
Click Guest List - Create
From the Performance Dashboard
Select Reports to expand
Select Guest List - Create
The page will refresh with a list of options that can be included in the Guest List report.
Note: name and email are automatically generated in the report. Place a check mark next to the information you would like to include in the report. Then highlight the filters to include in the report and click Create Guest List.
A. Select Performance Start Date and Performance End Date
B. Select the information to include in the report
C. Select Required Filters
D. Click Create Guest List
Use the Column headers to sort.
To send an email:
- Enter a valid email address in the Reply To field (All e-mails will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Any replies to the e-mail will be sent to the address you enter here.)
- Enter a Subject
- If applicable, add an attachment
- Enter the message (plain text)
Select the individuals to send the email to or
Under the last patron on the list, you will see Select All
note: if there is a checked patron that does not have an email address, the entire email will not be sent and you will receive an error message. Be sure that all selected patrons have valid email addresses.
