Multiple Customer Order Report (Organization Level)

The Multiple Customer Order Report allows a user to search all performances and venues to determine which patrons have multiple orders. This report is commonly used when looking into fraud or scalping. You can search two ways:

  • Where Credit Card or Email or Phone are the same
  • Where Customer IP address is the same

From the Venue Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab




Select the Organization by typing it in or select it from the drop down



Click Multiple Customer Order Report



A. Select Sales Date Range
B. Determine which way you would like to search the system
C. Click View Report




If Where Credit Card or Email or Phone are the same was selected:

  • Venue name
  • Performance Name
  • Performance Date and Time
  • Transaction Date
  • Order Total
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Street Billing Address
  • City
  • State/Province
  • Zip
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Order ID Number
  • Last four digits of credit card
  • Number of tickets



If Where Customer IP address is the same was selected:

  • Client IP address
  • Venue name
  • Performance Name
  • Performance Date and Time
  • Transaction Date
  • Order Total
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Street Billing Address
  • Street Billing Address 2
  • State/Province
  • Zip
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Order ID Number
  • Last four digits of credit card used
  • Number of tickets
    Highlighted area shows the Export option
