Organization Allocation Report (Organization Level)

The Organization Allocation Report is a revenue report that allows users to see an overview of all ticket sales within a date range. This report is often used for box offices or accounting departments to report numbers on how well shows are doing.

From the Venue Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab




Select the Organization by typing it in or select it from the drop down



Click Organization Allocation Report



Select the Performance Date range
Click View Report



This report will display the following information:
A. Export Report to Excel
B. Subscribe to report 
C. Performance Name
D. Performance Date and Time
E. Venue Name
F. Number of Open Seats
G. Number of Sold Seats
H. Number of Comp Seats
I. Total Number of Seats Sold
J. Number of Pulled Seats
K. Number of Held Seats
L. Number of Reserved Seats
M. Total Allocation (number entered into allocation box when performance is created)
