Organization Validation Daily Scan Report (Organization Level)

The Organization Validation Daily Scan Report allows a user to view scans across all venues and performances within a designated 24-hour period. This report counts the attendance each time a ticket or card is scanned.
 

From the Venue Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab




Select the Organization by typing it in or select it from the drop down



Click Organization Validation Daily Scan Report



To Display the Report in the System for a 24 Range:
A. Select a Date Time Range to Display
(Note: The range must be within 24 hours)
B. Click Submit



The report will display the following information:
Number of tickets scanned by gate in each hour selected
Number of tickets scanned by performance in each hour selected




To Display the Report for Up to 10 Days:
A. Select a Start Date and End Date for Date Range To Export Scan Data
B. Click to Show Event Scan Report
C. Click to Receive Report via Email.  Leave this unchecked to save the report as a CSV File if the selected date range is 10 days or less.
D. Click Save as CSV File




The report will open as a CSV file



To Display the Report for Up to 45 Days:
A. Select a Start Date and End Date for Date Range To Export Scan Data
(Note: The maximum days allowed is 45.)
B. Click to Show Event Scan Report
C. Click to Receive Report via Email
D. Enter email address.
E. Click Email as CSV File




The page will refresh confirming your request has been processed.  You will receive an email from reports@etix.com and the results will be attached for you to open and view.
