Detailed Audit (Performance Level)

The Detailed Audit is a revenue report and is the most comprehensive performance level report. This report is displayed in a text version, making it easier to print. This audit breaks out sales today and total sales by price level, performance and package sales and displays the unsold capacity including holds and kills.
Note: this audit does not have the method of payment information like the Ticket Audit.

To display the Detailed Audit from the Venue Dashboard
Click the Reports drop down next to the desired Performance



Click Detailed Audit

From the Performance Dashboard, Select the Reports Tab


Your Performance will populate in the dropdown. 
Select the Detailed Audit Report.




Note: this Detailed Audit has been cut into two images for explanation purposes

  1. Click to Print Report
  2. Click Subscribe to Report to schedule the Detailed Audit.
  3. Performance Name Date and Time
  4. Headers- The ticket headers for the performance
  5. Performance Prices at each price level (will display prior to ticket sales)
  6. Package Prices (will appear if this performance is part of a package)
  7. Sales Today
    a. Sales channels that are included for sales today
    b. Total tickets column
    c. Total revenue column
    d. Total Sales By Price Code
    e. Total Sales
    f. Single Performance Totals plus
    g. Package Totals
    h. equals Total Sales plus
    i. Total Pulls
    j. equals Grand Totals

  8. Sales To Date
    a. Sales channels that are included for all sales
    b. Total Sales By Price Code (entire performance)
    c. Total Sales
    d. Single Performance Totals plus
    e. Package Totals
    f. equals Total Sales plus
    g. Total Pulls
    h. equals Grand Totals
  9. Unsold Tickets (available inventory)
  10. OPEN Seats
  11. Held Inventory
  12. T-Temporary status (tickets that are not sold, but not open, generally in a "cart")
  13. Unsold Totals
  14. Reserve (all tickets currently in a Reserved status)
  15. Total Capacity
  16. Seats Removed (seats that have been killed, but marked as Counted toward capacity)
  17. Net Capacity
  18. Price Level Changes: total number of seats that changed price levels after being sold
