Then select Purchase Reserved Order
A. Select the method of payment you are receiving
B. Click Continue
The ticket information will appear at the top of the screen with any payment history.
A. Fill in the amount to be paid in the pay box.
B. Adjust any contact information if needed.
C. Click Pay if only paying a portion of the balance. When Pay is selected the tickets remain in reserve status.
D. Click Pay and Issue if paying the remaining balance of the tickets and converting them to issued tickets instead of reserved. When Pay and Issue is selected the ticket status becomes Issued even if a balance is still due.
Note: We recommend not changing tickets to ISSUED status until the order is paid in full.
E. Click Pay and Print if paying the balance and printing the tickets at that time. The tickets change to Issued Status and are able to print even if a balance is still due. When printing tickets, the same process will be followed as if you were selling a ticket.
