Splitting tickets allow the user to accommodate different patron requests such as processing multiple methods of payment for one order, or patron only wants to purchase some of the original order or changing method of payment or price code from the original order.
Click Reserves to expand
Click Split Reserved Order
A. Select the tickets you would like to split from the order
B. Click Split
Note: The tickets that are split will be given a new order number.
The Ticket List for Split Order page will appear.
A. Click the drop down to change the price code of the split tickets
B. Select what you would like done with the unchecked tickets in the original order. You can either leave them in the original order or void them.
C. Select Payment Method for the split tickets
D. Select Delivery Method for the split tickets
E. Click Continue
The page will refresh to the Invoice page
A. You can then search for an existing customer using the search options below the tickets box.
B. Enter Order Fee only if there is an additional per order fee
C. Enter Billing Address and patron information.
D. Enter Shipping Address Or Check Same As Billing Address Above
E. Click Purchase or Purchase and Print
The page will refresh with your Reservation Number with a hyperlink to the order.
