Selling a Membership

To Sell a Membership:
Click Manage to expand

Click Memberships

A. Click
B. Click Issue Individual Subscription 

A. Select the Membership and Membership Level
B. Select Type
C. If applicable, select the Payment Method
D. Click Submit

A. Membership Level and price breakdown
B. Total Amount Due
C. Enter Patron information
D. Click Submit


A. Confirmation Number is the External Subscription ID
B. Membership Level
C. Take New Live Photo Using Flash (if this setting was set during the Membership creation process).
D. Print Membership Card
E. Print Receipt (if receipt was added to the Membership)
F. Return to the Membership Administration page


Note: If an email address was entered on the invoice page a membership confirmation email will be sent to that address.
