Search for a Subscription

To Search for a Subscription:

From the Venue Dashboard, Select Manage followed by Memberships.



Click Search Subscription




Once on the Search Subscription page, you can search by an External Subscription ID or Other Criteria including Member Card Holder Info, Membership Card Serial Number, Credit Card, Membership, or Date/Time Subscriptions Were Issued.


Search By:  External Subscription ID
A) Input the External Subscription ID
B) Click Search



The Subscription Details Page will populate.



Search By: Member Card Holder Info
A) Select Member Card Holder Info in the Search By Criteria drop-down
B) Input the Member Card Holder data (In this example, we searched by Last Name only.)
C) Select Quick Search for Exact Match Only (Yes or No)
D) Click Search
E) The Search Result(s) By Member Card Info will display
F) Click Actions to Print Membership Cards, Activate, Deactivate 




Search By:  Member Card Serial Number

A) Select Membership Card Serial Number
B) Input the Membership Card Serial Number
C) Click Search
The Subscription Details Page will populate.





Search By:  Credit Card

A) Select Credit Card in the Search By Criteria drop-down
B) Input the Credit Card Number
C) Click Search
The Subscription Details Page will populate.






Search By:  Membership
A) Select Membership in the Search By Criteria drop-down
B) Select the Membership
C) Select the Membership Level or Select All
D) Select the Subscription Status (Active or Inactive)
E) Click Search



All Subscriptions within the Membership and Level(s) selected will populate in the results table with:
A) External Subscription ID
B) Membership
C) Membership Level
D) Start Date
E) End Date
F) First Name
G) Last Name
H) Address
I) Zip Code
J) Status
K) Actions:  Print Membership Cards, Activate, Deactivate



Search By:  Date/Time Subscriptions Were Issued

A) Select Date/Time Subscriptions Were Issued in the Search By Criteria drop-down
B) Select the Start Date and End Date
C) Click Search
D) the Search Results by Date/Time Subscriptions Were Issued will populate
E) Click Actions to Print Membership Cards, Activate, Deactivate
