Hold/Open Seat By Manifest

This feature allows you to both Hold and Open seats in order to manage your inventory.

HOLD SEATS

From the Performance Dashboard
Click Seating



Click Seat Management




Click Hold/Open Seat By Manifest



The GUI (graphic user interface) Manifest will appear.
A. Select the Section
B. Select the Hold/Open Seat Status 
Note:  If you have not Created Your Seat Hold Labels, you must do so first.
C. Click and Drag to Select your Seats
D. The number of Seats Selected will display
Note:  Click Clear to select different seats
E. Click Update



A. The Confirmation Message will appear
B. The GUI will update to display your held inventory
C. The Key will update


 

OPEN SEATS

Select the performance
Click Seat Management
Click Hold/Open Seat By Manifest
A. Select the Section
B. Select Hold/Open Seat Status from drop-down
C. Select the seats that need to be OPENED (they will turn orange when selected)
D. The number of Seats Selected will display
E. Click Update to OPEN the seats
Note:  Click Clear to select different seats

A. The confirmation message will populate
B. Your seats will turn back to green noting their new Open Status
