The Venue Package Revenue Report will display important information on Package sales for a given time period. It is extremely valuable for the Number of Packages Sold, as it holds the original sale and does not change from exchanges.
Note: "Please do not refresh the page and resubmit the report if you are waiting for it to display. If you experience a delay in the time it takes to run a report please send an email to email@example.com"
From the Venue Dashboard
Select the Reports Tab
Select the Venue Tab and Venue from the drop down
Select Venue Package Revenue Report
A. Select the Transaction Date Range (sales date range)
B. Select the Ticket Status(s)
C. Select the Action(s)
D. Select the Sales Channel(s)
E. Click Submit to run the report
The Report will then display the following information:
A. Package name
B. Price Level
C. Price Code(s)
D. Number of Packages
E. Number of Tickets
F. Total Base Ticket Price
G. Net Ticket Revenue
H. Grand Totals
